  • An excellent and simple dish made from fresh leaves of garden sorrel. This dish is from my childhood, this is how my mother prepares it🙂💜 The taste of this dish is sweet-sour and slightly salty. It is most often served with bread. You can also eat a piece of meat, sausage or some vegetables according to your taste.

    We need:
    Fresh sorrel leaves (garden sorrel)
    500 ml of milk
    500ml water
    100 ml of cooking cream
    3 tablespoons fine wheat flour
    oil
    sugar
    vinegar
    salt
    eggs (3-4 are enough)
    * everyone can take sugar and vinegar according to taste, the food should be sweet and sour.
    * you need about 2-3 large handfuls of leaves, more is fine
    * pour boiling water over the fresh leaves for 3-4 minutes and then drain
