Soft dough and fantastic nut filling❤️ The combination of nuts, lemon peel and anise is incredibly good!!!! You have to try this❤️
We need:
For the dough:
500g plain wheat flour
approx. 250 ml milk
100g granulated sugar
100g butter (liquid)
100 ml yogurt
21g fresh yeast
1 yolk
1 teaspoon of salt
Filling:
250g ground walnuts
150 ml hot milk
100g sugar (or to taste)
Zest from 1 lemon
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar (1 packet)
1 teaspoon ground anise
A little salt
On top:
1 egg
1 tablespoon yogurt
