yes boss...ur IMEI has being blacklisted.....get a new number, but ... uninstall Whatsapp, make sure u clear the cache....install it again, register ....don't chart anyone for like 3 days...

obviously the vpn will change ur ip then after stopping the vpn u will be back to the original ip u had. all the settings thingies are bs not needed.
