There is a way to schedule messages! Go to shortcuts > automation> time of day (select the time or day you want)> message > click on the “message” area and put in the message you wanna send then click “recipients” and assign the message to whoever you want!

I did spin a bit in college and honestly I always felt like it wore me out and I wasn’t meant to cycle. I started seeing your love for it grow and it encouraged me to go for it again post grad. I’ve started going 4-5 days a week 2 months ago and I can’t tell you how much it has changed my life. I’ve had a similar experience with spin! I used to hate working out but knew I needed to. Spin has made me want to workout and cherish the fact that my body is able to move. It’s such a fun workout! I’m in the same mindset of just feeling beyond blessed that I am able to workout 🩷

I went through a similar journey to you with orange theory. Orange theory literally saved my life. It’s in an investment in my health. We’re going to be paying for it whether it’s through medical bills, therapy, etc. Exercising is an integral part of our health. I never took a workout class before orange theory because I was terrified and didn’t want to spend that much money. But it’s saved my life is so many ways I never know it could.
Can’t wait to see the content when Soul Cycle pays YOU and invites you out to do that. I manifest it for you Brooke 🙌🏼🤍
