In my case (FL Studio) crashing also .
Either won't load in Bitwig, or crashes daw in Ableton. Appears to be highly contingent on streaming every key press, and firewall breaks it. I could be wrong, but I test alot of plugins. This is the first one that ever broke Ableton.
Regularly some free plugins break my Ableton : RFDrums, Tyrell (it's a shame I like this one).

I find the same. I use SoundBridge. I've also tried it with Energy XT and Cantabile.
