I loved the video but would like to see some coat ideas for the midi length skirt and dresses trend - I struggle with this and the leather jacket fall back just isn’t warm enough 😊

Such a great coat video, you’re the best, Gem! I just got a new winter coat, 35 years since my last purchase-my long, full mulberry-colored Dior wool coat with black velvet/corduroy collar and cuffs. I still love and wear this old one, but I just invested in a beautiful black, single-breasted (my preference) super-fitted, full-length Ralph Lauren coat. It was still pricey at $250 US (on sale at Nordstrom) but it’s beautiful-quality and classic and I’ll wear it forever. It’s great for evening as well as daytime. I think my next coat will be a white one, but I’ll save for a few years to get a really good one. The other colors I really want are camel and light blue.

Love coats, especially the white ones. I've just bought a white one, with tiny grey flecks ( cos I'm a scruff ) ...you showed some fantastic ones, and no puffa coat in sight ( hate em ) 😁😁 xx

I adore coats & collect them-have a closet full of coats as large as my regular wardrobe. I’m sick of black As much as I love them, they collect too much lint. Frustrating as lint On your coat is the exact opposite of classy!!! Thank you for the video. Great ideas as to new styles & colors to add!
Beautiful coats, but I would freeze to death. I live in Canada and these coats would be Spring coats - April and May. I would love to get a red coat but none of the stores where I live carry any. I did fond a pastel pink and pastel blue but they were in a large size store and had a square boxy look. They also looked too matronly.
Sherry Edwards forget the pastels, get the red!! The perfect red coat will come your way I just know it!
Wish we could find those wintery Canadian type coats here. Pretty much they are light weight wool blend.....
I found an amazing cranberry red, pure Italian wool, long coat, double breasted and no belt, from Windsmoor. (Very pricy originally, but on super sale, plus an additional discount because I used my Hudson’s Bay card.) Removable faux fur collar too. I live on the “wet” coast, and I have a couple of raincoats, not high fashion but completely practical. Here, our winters don’t get too cold. I will be wearing this red coat for years.
Where is that coat from at the 1:58 minute mark - long, fitted white coat with gold buttons - almost looks like Balmain style. I'd love to find a long white coat like this.

These coats and the outfits worn with them are quite beautiful. Here in Canada these would be our fall or spring coats. Because typically the winter temperature dips to -10°C to -40°C (or more), most people wear parkas. When you live in a frigid climate, warmth trumps fashion. However, we do have some lovely parkas. When I buy something with fur on it, I buy only real fur not fake fur because nothing in this arctic world I live in keeps you warmer than real fur. The farther north you go, the harsher the cold, and the greater the need for truly warm outerwear such as fur.
Victoria Biel Same. I spend my time in New York or Washington state in the USA and I’m it’s not quite as cold is Canada but I have a collection of fur. You’re right. There isn’t A warmer or more beautiful to accessorize a coat than with warm luscious fur.
