Its called a turbo "Flutter", when it is just releasing air. When he gets on the throttle and builds up boost and just lets off it has to go somewhere, so thats what that sound is!
Now we know how Santa reach all kids in a day.

Can someone explain the sound when he lets off the throttle? I dont know much about turbos
back pressure, its sending the air that wasnt used back through the turbo, causing the choochoochoo sound
