I had a breakdown today and didn't get out of bed until 5:00pm when I finally had the strength to move I went on RUclips and this video was the first thing that popped up.. I played it and all my extreme sadness seemed to slowly release and I could feel myself breathe. I looked out the window and saw one, then two then three birds.
