Small tip from a fellow Pyke player: Pyke's passive can tell you if a bush or area is warded by the enemy team. If you walk in with grey health and do not begin healing via your passive, the enemy team has vision in this area. GL!

Great in depth guide, especially with itemization! Thank you! A couple things about Pyke's Q that has made life easier: Charging q is a huge sound alarm for enemies, charging it in a bush makes it so that they cant hear it! Happy ulting :D
I met your channel last season and fell in love with the guides and enjoyed the content. I'm very happy to see that the guides are coming out again. 👍👍Keep up the great work. 👌👌
Thank you so much! This is honestly the best guide I've ever watched. I'm a beginner and everything about the game is so confusing to me. Thanks to this guide I understand a lot more now. :)
1200 games as pyke i say the secondary runes are kinda worthless on pyke. Pyke doesnt need mana regen, if you dont hook 72 times a miss. Tenacity is good but resolves bone plating and the tenacity rune gives you waaaaay easier laning. Ps. Pyke can ult a million times with the initial mana cost on 100.
Hi, Im learning pyke now and reached up to platinum 1 from gold 2. Very good support and this guide helped me get started. However I noticed that Pyke's R doesn't deal damage to minions or monsters anymore 14-4-2021, why is that? Nothing about Pyke's R has been written in this patch.
Hey Biz, great guide! Could i make a request, could you comment on when it may be a bad idea comp wise to pick said champ or when it would be good at end of video?
your mic volume on this video is extremely low, at first i thought there was something wrong with my audio... cranked the volume to max and could hear you. cheers for the vid
Love the guide, detail on abilities and flashing especially helpful. I think the Precision secondaries are a bit odd, Pyke has very low mana costs anyway. Resolve is a more normal choice for more tenacity faster, and bone plating. Am I missing something?
Amazing guide but Just a suggestion, PoM is considered by many pyke mains to be a noob trap. He doesn’t really have mana problems, if you do decide to go tenacity from precision run triumph over PoM. Provides a lot more value
I'm wondering, how do you feel about building a mythic 2nd? I've been building Umbral first lately, making the vision game won immediately, and I feel the mythic passive only really is useful later anyway.
Relentless hunter is great if you want IN combat movement speed. Take that rune and you can forgo mobies in favour of swifties. Similar out of combat movement speed, much superior in combat one. Stacking this rune with mobies is redundant. For once around 400+ ms you start suffering diminishing returns (soft speed cap), and in combat both will drop off leaving you with nothing but base boots (25) ms.
Great guide! Just few questions: what about Silver Fang? Looks nice since is cheap give lot of lethality, the passive is not the best cos the ult execute even with shield on but can help to reach the threshold vs Immortal, Steraks + What about starting E or Q in lane? I found myself better on E first (and still Q max of course) for safety and even for flashy early plays cos enemy usually is aweare of the hook but don't expect the E coming off, except on an ally team invade that makes Q good for fishing. At least as other comments say I don't see that much the mana problem, I usually stick on the unflinching+bone plateing or even demolish for snowball with the tower plates. Thank you again, those are just few thought of a new Pyke player of low elo :(
Do you not recommend going Umbral first, before your Mythic, like a lot of people do? How come? Umbral helps with your dewarding massively and it makes you much better at it than other supports and it can be a good early advantage to have more vision on the map than the enemy team.
I main pyke support and I take domination too but instead of Precision I take Resolve with Font of Life and Second Wind. I feel its better sustain for me and my adc since we can both heal really well.
First off: I love your content, be it twitch streams, games on youtube or your guides. I loved the depth of this guide and the time you took to explain the easy and also more advanced mechanics and aspects of Pyke as a champion. An aspect that you could improve in my opinion, especially concerning this guide is that at times it comes across a little unprepared. You're a super nice person and even you looking for the right boots is entertaining, but especially for newer players it might be confusing if you happen to call items differently as they are called in the shop (youmumu's e.g.).

Obviously you didn’t watch the video haha
I love how this is considered a pro tip. God league is such a pathetic fucking game played by even more pathetic and arrogant community

Do allies who get the gold sacks really get the 150g from assist? I thought they get the sack instead of the assist gold.
They get both
Love the fact that u add an gameplay where u use all in the guide!

Very epic
Just got into league and this helps me out a lot. The gameplay included is great too

You should tag these for wild rift. The gameplay combos are awesome.

always wanted to try this champ! thank you Bizzle for your work
Great video, does he have a guide of just the support role in general, because I'm not completely sure where I should start.
I like the way warning, it allows you to use psychological warfare lol

thank you for this guide! I've been eyeing Pyke for a while and this guide has helped me make the decision to get him next
These guides are great! Can you make a similar one for brand, xerath, or morgana ( or for all of them :) )
why do i always behind in level even if I'm ahead in kda as Pyke support what do i do wrong
Spending a lot of time roaming or in base probably
Level doesn't matter on support, being behind levels means you're roaming a lot which is good and your adc is getting solo xp which is also good
Question about the ult, since I miss it a lot. Is quick cast suggested or no?
Next patch E cd will scale with the level, so maxing E will be really nice.
I would suggest you use the basic skins for champions in these guides, some animations might have a bi different (color of stealth/the eye).
he usually does that
