Recipe for 1/19 cabbages : Add some oil in a pan, saute 1/2 chopped onions till golden brown then add 1 chopped tomato n cook a little. Then add some red chilli powder, salt n cabbage. Mix well, cover with a lid for 5mins on medium heat ( stirring occasionally). U can add little ketchup or Sugar at the end if u like it a bit sweet. Turn off the heat n enjoy the cabbage gravy with rice. Love from India.. u can add garam masala/coriander powder if available (while adding red chilli powder).
