I did this meditation for the past 3 days around 5:30am as I begin to wake up and I am already seeing results! Today, my patients gave me chocolate, hugs and so many compliments and when I went to class after work, a stranger at the parking lot gave me his parking permit for free. Also, a guy I just met has been planning dates for us, calling/texting me everyday this past week, and sending me songs that remind him of me! He even wants to do something for me on Valentine's and tbh even in past relationships Valentine's wasn't a big thing to celebrate even though I really wanted to. I just feel so excited because I love sharing music and this guy seems like a great person as I get to know him more. Most of all, I just feel really good about myself and self-confident. I even signed up first to do my presentation (usually I worry about how I look or what my peers think of me and try to go last) but I was so comfortable in front of everyone. Thank you Gem! You're really helping me find my inner power and self-love!!! And I hope this motivates people to meditate and realize their own self-worth 💖💖💖

I’ve honestly never felt better. My anxiety has been much better (not gone, but manageable) and I don’t feel like I’m picking on my self all the time anymore. I’ve been much more social and made some new friends too. Thank you so much for this meditation

I have to report back and say that this WORKED for me. Last winter I would listen to this meditation ALL the time really just because I loved the way it made me feel. I would envision the feelings of love and then let go any sense of urgency or lack. It’s now August and I’ve been in a super happy loving relationship with someone who I was actually friends with for so long. And what I feel now really is the exact feeling I would feel during meditation and when I would manifest the feeling of love.❤️ there are so many factors at hand but I must say this meditation without a doubt aided me in attracting an amazing healthy loving relationship💕💕 thank you so much. it is totally possible for all of us:)

I was literally lacking self-love today and started thinking “what meditation should I do?” , then boom 10 minutes later this video pops up in my notifications!
I find it crazy how every time I do this meditation I have a totally different experience/vision without even trying. This time, I had the epiphany that by forgiving my enemies, I will have none, which leaves room for more love (including love for those who have wronged me, and for those who I have wronged). I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I can picture the faces of people who have hurt me the deepest and I only feel pure, unconditional love for them (even if it’s from a distance).
HOLY CRAP!! this was the second time I did this meditation and I FELT SOMETHING!!! LIKE AN ENERGY SPREADING RIPPLES FROM MY HEART AND IT EXPANDED THROUGHOUT MY CHEST!! AND I EVENTUALLY EXPANDED IT TO MY LEGS!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I AM LOVE!!

This meditation with some other practices has really help me to let go of people who make me feel rejected & being in people who love all of me. I am not to much! I am not annoying! I am loved. It also brought in me seeing myself from a place of love & to accept who I am more fully.

I started doing this meditation last night as I haven't been feeling great about myself lately and I really want to focus on me and building self love. I did this before bed and today I swear I woke up feeling so good. I even kept looking in the mirror and feeling so confident in how I look like I used to. Just overall feeling so much love for who I am. I couldn't figure out why this was until I remembered the meditation. I can't wait to see my results a month from now.
