Sir House property વાળા chapter માં વિડિયો 2 છે તેમાં પેલું house let out છે અને બાકીના બને self occupied છે સેમ આવો જ video 5 મો છે જેમાં પણ પેલું house let out અને બાકી ના બંને self occupied છે પણ તમે video 2 માં જે H2 છે તેમાં first step ની ગણતરી કરી છે અને H3 માં direct NAV 0 assume કરી આગળ ગણતરી કરી છે. પણ તમે video 5 માં બંને self occupied છે તેમાં direct જ NAV 0 assume કરી ગણતરી કરી છે. તો sir શું કરવાનું..😅
