Wrapped-rice is similar to "Mexican Tamale" called, which is with corn (masa) paste, meat wrapped in corn leaves. Cal Rose rice is short grain for making Sushi rice rolls; long grain rice is for making turnip/daikon rice paste (cake) dish. Daikon is big white radish.

蘿蔔糕要煎到有點酥脆才會好吃,個人是用鵝油或是鴨油去煎,味道和口感上會好很多,不過我不得不說加拿大人真的不愧是全世界最友善的國家之一,當那位男士說Oh no感到會冒犯別人時馬上道歉了,這代表加拿大非常尊重他人,讓人非常敬佩這個國家的國民素質
