Wrapped-rice is similar to "Mexican Tamale" called, which is with corn (masa) paste, meat wrapped in corn leaves. Cal Rose rice is short grain for making Sushi rice rolls; long grain rice is for making turnip/daikon rice paste (cake) dish. Daikon is big white radish.
this is a very convenient way to prepare Lunar New Year Party Dishes without the hassles...Love that supermarket in Canada, we can only order foods from the restaurants in Houston Texas ....way more expensive than in Canada...Love from USA
