This woman's videos may lack fancy animations or shots but each is full of information and just enough that it gives the viewer what is needed. Each video properly captures each subject to get what is being discussed.
Great trellis idea. Can I ask what type of string or cords you use to let the plant climb on and how many seasons do they last for you? I bought some strings that work great for pea plants but not strong enough for tomatoes.

I made some blocks with concrete like those once before with pvc pipe and I found that steel tube is better long term. If any of them break off like they did for me you get stuck with a broken tube that in some cases wont be able to be repaired.
I made a single trellis, seven feet tall and six feet long, using 3/4" conduit and canopy fittings. It worked perfectly and was easy to put together. The canopy fittings are very forgiving if the lengths are not exactly perfect. I used a cross bar 40" off the ground for extra stability, and I think this is important if you're creating a single trellis, vs. a twin or multiple. All this on my tiny balcony!
I'm so excited to build this trellis. What happens when the vines grow to the top of the string? Watermelon likes to have long vines before the females appear...Do you cut the vines when they reach the top?????
