Introducing: The COOLEST Town in Arizona...BISBEE!

- We had to escape the heat and visited the COOLEST town: Bisbee, Arizona. Once a mining town now with a thriving art scene, we did a walking tour of the entire town as well as the Lavender Jeep Tour. It's literally cool as the elevation is 5,500 ft. There are numerous accommodations, like the Copper Queen Hotel, Eldorado Suites, The Inn at Castle Rock, but we stayed at one of Arizona RV Parks called the Bisbee Queen Mine RV Park in our Leisure Travel Van Wonder 2022. If you are into Classic Cars, drive a few miles to Lowell Arizona (it's a neighborhood in the Bisbee city limits). Also visit the Copper Queen Mine Bisbee Arizona to learn the history of this amazing town. I hope I was able to provide you with a Bisbee AZ travel tour! Enjoy!

My pops lives in Huachuca and one day when I was visiting he took me into Bisbee.. I was surprised as to how green and pretty it was right in the middle of town! It reminded me a little of Manitou Springs!

In less than a year I'm moving there from Southeast Louisiana and get away from all the craziness cannot wait I'm sure I'll be one of the only Saints fans there that's okay
How exciting! Huge contrast between SE Louisiana and Bisbee, AZ. My only experience in Louisiana was spending a week in New Orleans several years ago. Loved the architecture, the food… but I’ve never seen so many people crowded in the streets, total insanity. Good luck on your move and wish you the best in the future! I’m sure there will be other Saints fans!

Bisbee Grand Hotel is our favorite. Nice people there.

That little platform-thingy there just at the drop.
If you search for the video titled A Different Affair (1987) Anne Archer, Alan Fudge, Ellen Geer. It starts with a baseball game being played, and it looks like they're playing right at that platform-thingy. IMDb says A Different Affair was filmed in Bisbee, but I wonder if the baseball game was at this spot or not. Anyway, these sort of things interest me 😄
I used to live in Tucson and loved a day trip down to Bisbee. It's one of the most unexpected places in southern Arizona.

Seeing people's reaction to bisbee is very nice. I live there and it feels so normal. See new people is very fun.
I'm shocked. I spent 5 years in Sierra Vista less than 30 minutes away and never went to Bisbee. I had no idea AZ even had cities like that. They're usually pretty suburban strip mally.
I, too was shocked to find so much History and character. Definitely not the typical suburban strip mally kind of thing. Well… now you must take a trip to Bisbee!!! 😎✌️
You should go to the ghost town of paradise az it only has 5 people and its abs by a failed mine in the 1901 I think and fires and unfortunate things only a few building and cemetary

I hope it’s not true that it’s a dying town. My experience in Bisbee was the opposite and I’m hopeful for its future.

Lol. I just went to this city after a long drive from Tucson. It was huge disappointment!!!! It’s like two buildings on the side of a mountain!
You’re crazy if that’s all you felt it was that’s petty sad lol. I had a blast and was only there for a few hours there’s nothing like it in AZ. It was beautiful imo.
