Stumbled upon your videos and I really enjoy them. My husband and I are not red meat eaters so some of the recipes I adapt to either turkey or chicken. However, I have a son who is about to graduate college and I’m sending him to your videos to learn to cook for himself. You do an excellent job explaining every step and it’s foolproof. On a side note, I’m very proud to say he entered college a Christian and is exiting college an even better follower of Christ! Definitely going to try the beef tip recipe. That looked really good. Still trying to place your accent. It's like you are from two different regions. They way you pronounce some of your words seems to be from the Delta South, but then you have elements from across Afton mountain Virginia area. I live in the South so maybe my ear is just a little more in-tune with Southern accents.

@@MrsAlmaTrumble I think I had Covid before anyone knew it was around I was fine then got a bad something not sure what ended up in the hospital with pneumonia and came out with oxygen three days later. Definitely going to try the beef tip recipe. That looked really good. Still trying to place your accent. It's like you are from two different regions. They way you pronounce some of your words seems to be from the Delta South, but then you have elements from across Afton mountain Virginia area. I live in the South so maybe my ear is just a little more in-tune with Southern accents.

@@MrsAlmaTrumble I think I had Covid before anyone knew it was around I was fine then got a bad something not sure what ended up in the hospital with pneumonia and came out with oxygen three days later. That was right before Covid started. Your family and all my friends are in my prayers every night. God Bless and have a good week
