Great Video as always, tho’ I’ve never heard of it either... Just wondering, as I’m partial to a bit of chocolate and have tried to eat the high cocoa stuff but find it too bitter. Would it be an idea to melt my high cocoa choc’ with this carob as a sweetener... Combined benefit of both...? 🤔
That's not a bad idea, definitely worth a try. Alternatively I would recommend adding powdered erythritol into your dark chocolate. This is my favourite sugar alternative which has no effect on insulin and sweetens my coffee perfectly.
