crazy that I got this figure before the PvP review came out! there's a first for everything haha
I feel like we need some Vehicons, specifically Obsidian and Strika, in Legacy, or maybe in the upcoming Generations Prime toyline next year.
That and maybe a new Savage Noble figure that improves on the original's flaws.
Seeing as they did tankor but really small I feel like that alone is gonna get them to redo at least the vehicons. They’ve mentioned jet storm a bunch of times I think they just want some related figures before him to sway more people

What I’d do for a legacy figure of the vehicons
When it comes to Beast Machines, you either like it or you don’t.
I tend to like it, but I’m also not too stubborn to admit it does have problems.
You could say it’s scaled well with the g1 characters

Given how far toy engineering has come in the last few years, I, for one, would love to see them take a crack at revisiting/updating Savage/Noble; and not to mention FINALLY giving Botanica a proper figure in the toyline 😁😅🍀

the shoulder blades actually reference back to Beast Machines Cheetor, or at least the Night Slash Cheetor toy, like how Kingdom Cheetor's tail weapon was a reference to Transmetal Cheetor's tail scythe. (Speaking of, it's sad the only Transmetal figure we got was Optimal Optimus.)
I'm glad to see that we're getting a new Beast Machines figure since T30 Tankor. And that's a whole decade ago.
I'll have whatever the beast machines designers were having.
This looks so much like a more articulated version of the McDonalds toy from years ago, especially that yellow plastic
If this figure were a deluxe class, the beast mode would’ve been cooler as because it’s so small, it’s hard to pose in a position where it’s perfectly standing on all four legs.

I just found a Beast Wars Nightprowler at a discount store today and picked them up for $8, then got home to see this. Perfect timing!

Animated, bumblebee vehicle mode looks pretty cool.
As the one beast machines fan, I love this little gremlin
I agree completely about the color. A darker yellow or light orange would have been the best color scheme instead of stealing Sunstreaker's shine. That beast mode looks more like a Digimon character than anything Transformers. The robot mode is fine. The back-hinged legs are very appropriate, and the pins are a welcome touch.

I need an obsidian and a strika I really want obsidian to be a remold of ss rampage too just because I’d love if he was slightly chunked up to that shape
Cheetor is my forever favorite, so when this guy showed up at my local target I snatched him up real quick. I love this little thing, though I’m strongly considering shaving off those big ol’ tabs. I don’t use them for his beast mode anyways.
I’d like a voyager one later on. Maybe lean into more mechanical detailing too

Just got home about 2ish hours from work and Cheetor arrived and also MP-44s G1 Prime so a good day! Just gotta mess around with him.
Let’s all admit: this figure is the only good core class figure that had to be a leader class or a voyager class (the problem is the size). But if it is a minicon, then it is a-okay for the size.
When does the Playskool Go Bot Cheetor remold come out I have to wonder.

His robot head has seen SOO much shit that by the time he’s in beast mode he’s completely accepted it. Beast mode head is beyond chilling
Yeah, the cheetah RB swore's figure is a lot bigger and it looks like a real cheetah.
The plastic being of better quality as well as better paint apps for the eyes like the render that Hasblow showed us before the release would have done this figure some wonders. The mold itself isn't completely terribly

I enjoy how Core Class figures are affordable and more space friendly.
Wish Hasbro would sink more money into getting key characters from multiple series put out for Core Class. Not enough love from them for this scale. I would adore having a Megatron and Optimus Primal from Beast Wars, but we'll have to wait and seen. For now, I'm glad there is someone else doing those two, and with much better quality.
I might be alone in this, but I really dig the sleek designs on BM, much more than the boxy designs in G1. Also, Animated is pretty much BM with Autobot and Decepticons, so I don't get the people who love one and hate the other...

I mean..considering the Beast Wars characters are meant to be smaller than the original Autobots and Decepticons, the Core Class scaling works. I dooo however wish we get Deluxe, Voyager, or Leader class scaled Vehicon figures

Hasbro knows Energon and Beast Machines were not the show people wanted figures of, so they kept them at Core class.
I actually like how bizarre the character designs are in Beast Machines. They’re machine-robot hybrid aliens. Of course they’re going to look weird.
I think a solid color for the eyes would have been much better even though it wouldn't be show accurate, I think that would have been ok anyway.
Man i was expecting transmetal cheetor from Transformers Forged to Fight but nvm i guess the toy is fine

Got mine last monday and i adore him. Of course hes not going to be for everyone for multiple reasons, but the beast era is my G1 and i absolutely had that awful supreme class cheetor. I wish this eas a deluxe for the ankles and better forepaw storage.
Also i sliced the arm and leg tabs off after a few days. They were absolutely useless and only got in the way of poseability. I recommend everyone carefully do it.

Atleast its better than the supreme and ultra class figs (minus the nightslash repaint its real good) but a missed opportunity to review the titanium figure of BM cheetor! I've read that he's the best BM cheetor figure ever and its proportions feel different yet cool
Um actually they did say Maximize a few times in Beast Machines while trying unsuccessfully to transform

I genuinely think this guy is fun, and very good for a Core class figure. I do agree his beast mode is clearly the weaker of the two, but the robot mode is pretty cool.

I hope Beast Machines Cheetor and Energon Megatron get a Deluxe (or Voyager if Hasbro is that greedy) and Leader versions, respectively
And also get new versions of the Vehicon Generals. The newest was Tankor from Generations line in 2014 and was Deluxe when he must be a Voyager at least
At the risk of courting controversy I think we don't need the vast majority of the entire Legacy line, and in the case where the thing they made was useful, it could have been "better".
But that is the issue being "better" isn't a legacy thing.
Oh and if Prime Vs Prime wants a Beast Machines Deluxe Cheetor he should chase up the Universe repaint of Nightslash Cheetor.
Love Cheetor, have we get all 3 remaining Cheetors in Deluxe Class, Transmetal Cheetor, Transmetal 2 Cheetor and hopefully a Deluxe Class Beast Machines Cheetor 💛🐆💛🐆💛🐆💛🐆💛🐆

Huh. I never noticed that they never said "maximize" on the show. Probably one of the reasons I liked the show WAY more than Beast Wars. Hated Beast Wars but I didn't mind Beast Machines.

It is accurate to the design.
Vehicon designs were uich cooler than the technorganic creatures, their Bot modes had very unpleasant faces.
Even so, I would love an update of wvery figure released back then.
