But, these guys buy a machine do nothing to it. Put the machine on the there floor, add 10 to 20k on it just for the sake of handling it ??????? The selling part gets me with these guys ?? They talk about the machines their selling like they previously ran the machine 🙄
When I think “machine shop” I do not see CNC machines, I see ol manual machines. Bridgeports, monarchs, surface grinders, tool cutter grinders. I completely understand that CNC is the “future” but there will always be a need for a guy and a Bridgeport… in my opinion.
I acquired my saw, my radial arm drill, and the manual mori from this shop , I did their manual work. There is always "manual" work in a shop , most of the time, it is sent out.
