How do you make sure the die surface could be dry when dissasembling after the cooler & liqued installed, and making sure it won't spill onto the pcb?
Great question. Our SmartPlates are fully sealed like a traditional cold plate. Our SmartLids are mostly permanently sealed to the package (work with companies at the package-level).

@@8lack8bird SmartLid can be built with the chipmaker or hyperscaler for a custom IHS or be added to existing processors.
