It’s actually quite amazing how much growth you stimulated. It’s really nice. And especially while sorting in such good channels!
18:28 A real subtle way to tell if a door is fake or not is if Luigi looks at it as he walks past. If he does, it’s fake. If not, it’s real.
I like how speedrunners use the element medals to both rapidly drain the Boos’ health as well as slow their movement to a crawl, all just by rapidly alternating between vacuuming and shooting elements.

I got all gold frames including Sir Weston in the regular mansion! I can't say it was thanks to skill, but I can only credit my incredibly insane determination, I sat there playing that fight over and over for HOURS
I think that people think it’s harder then it is. On a normal playthrough I’d get a silver, but if I try hard id get gold

Third: I loved this review! Everytime you went on with a topic I was thinking "Hope he doesn't miss this part..." and then you just talked about it! An example of that is when you were talking about the Water Element having no much use other than put fire out of doors out and catching some ghost I was thinking "The water is actually very useful for an A rank, and I hope he covers that" and you just started talking about the water being used for watering the plants and getting money! Awesome!
Last: I liked that you talked about the beta game and what would you had kept in the final game (I really like the beta theme tho, but the final one is THE Luigi's Mansion theme). Also, I didn't knew about that version of the Hidden Mansion and it just BLEW MY MIND! It is sad that we couldn't play that version of the gamd
Luigi's Mansion is a very special game for me. It's my dad's favorite game of all time and he loves to play it often (he still does play it when he has the time. Now that I'am older we start discussing about the game instead of he just playing it while I was watching it terrified). I really appreciate that you are giving it the love it deserves

I don't have a 3DS capture card so it will be awhile before I can review Dark Moon. I do want to get one eventually since there is one other 3DS game I have A LOT to talk about... But whenever that happens I'll be sure to do Dark Moon.

I agree with ya on the theory on King Boo being Bowser. Another piece of evidence of King Boo being Bowser is in Mario Tennis 64. Bowser has a Boo partner in the opening cutscene, and then in Bowser’s victory cutscene, four Boos surround his trophy, with Bowser commanding the Boos to back away from his trophy.
The way King Boo finds it satisfying that Mario is stuck in the painting could be him reminiscing how Mario would go into paintings to collect power stars in Super Mario 64. When Mario collects a star, it’s his way of escaping a painting, but with no power star to collect, he couldn’t escape the painting. It’s probably how Mario lost his star as one of the items Luigi collects. And even King Boo’s laugh is a more distorted laugh of Bowser from Super Mario 64.
You are the only person I could find online that actually knows the game. I love this review mainly cause you explain stuff, and give tips on how to do many actions. I actually didn’t know that you could burn down doors and water the smaller plants. And even though I’m sad that my Wii broke so I can’t play this game, the 3ds remake comes out tomorrow so I can finally put your tips to use . I also love how you actually explain crap and don’t try too hard to be funny. You just earned a sub. Also one tip I have for this game is to wait for the blackout to get the speedy spirits ( not counting the billiards room one and the basement one ) since there you can catch the ghosts and the lights will still be off, so no ghost will get in they way of your crystal ghouls .
Thanks a lot dude! There are plenty reviews that only cover the surface level stuff, and I prefer going in deeper. This game has a lot of secrets that most people seem to not notice, and I wanted to point out as many things as possible.

I love the theory that King Boo is Bowser and I am now going to see it that way from now on. I can not believe I never put much thought into the line about Bowser being revived, but then again I only completed the game a couple of times and that was when I was in elementary school which was a decade ago.
You rarely have to think deeply about anything in Mario games so its understandable.

I actually have got the gold frame on Sir Weston in the normal mansion, something really weird happened while I was catching him. For some reason he got stuck between those two crates in the room and I guess that his AI got confused and didn’t know how to get out. He stayed there for a few seconds allowing me to shave off the majority of his HP. He did manage to free himself from those crates at the end but at that point I already got the majority of his health down which allowed me to finish him off.

This is a fantastic video on the game! I've been looking for a good Luigi's Mansion video for a while but couldn't find one. Luigi's Mansion is one of my favorite Gamecube titles. I love the atmosphere and the quick pick-up-and-play structure of the game. I enjoyed Dark Moon to an extent but sadly those two aspects were lost with that game.
You've definitely got me hooked for future videos. You deserve more subs. :)

Honestly this was my favorite review of a nentendo game by far PLEASE make a video about dark moon or sunshine
Dark Moon may take awhile since I don't have a 3DS capture card, but I do have plans for Sunshine.

I feel like both of this game's sequels don't make E. Gadd's character justice. compared to what he was here, he just became worse. I'm pretty certain Partners in Time even did him better, and that wasn't even a Luigi's Mansion game, it was UNDERRATED Mario and Luigi RPG sequel.

Does anyone else think it’s weird that in the first Luigi‘s mansion people trapped in paintings can move but then in the sequels they can’t

I used to think the only way to defeat the elemental ghosts was to use the element they are weak against until their health is drained to zero. I wasted so much time…

Another idea to the boo theory is since they didn’t appear until Super Mario Bros. 3 and there were more and more boos in Mario game after Mario game is that they’re the ghosts of the dead goombas and koopa troopers over the course of the Mario games and King Boo is Bowser’s ghost.

I loved it
Literally only thing that doesn't make sense in your King Boo is Bowser Theory is that aside from sunshine, King Boo has different design, but still is called by the same name, but everything else... It makes so much sense only thing that i can see POSSIBLY countering it is "writing error" but it has the same power as any "it's just a dream" theory... Ok, maybe it's not THAT low but you get the point.
