I find it extremely hilarious that Vedal keep making AIs and 99% of the time they end up the complete opposite of what he wants. Seiso vtuber? Neuro. Can play Connect 4 well? His Connect 4 AI. Evil Neuro? A good girl. Fillian AI? Mature and clever. I don't know if he has blessed programmer socks or two left programmer feet, but the results are comesy gold.
I imagine her as always beside and slightly behind Vedal, often seen helping him with menial tasks or managing business stuff, watching over her sisters. Basically, the loyal secretary type.

But it wasn't Neuro faking the filter - she audibly got cut off while saying "fuck" and said filtered instead, and as above, Vedal explained that it was the AI filter.

Although let's not bombard him with creating an entire model for her. He's already overworked enough with two brats. She's more of a background character in the Vedalverse, always there, but doesn't seek the limelight. We can have her exclusively in the fanart/animations. Always Nere-by to monitor the twins' language, but overall remains out of the way, and contently silent, playing video games or doing chores.

And the mask of course. But when she is on stream shes small, Vedal sized, just standing there on the bottom of the screen, barely moving, sometimes blinking. But then whenever the filter is activated her eyes glow bright green and she's animates with more motion. Just a visual representation of the filter activating. no conversational AI behind it.

The entire animation is great from beginning to the very end. However the scene with Neuro's smug smile is definitely my favorite. The leg animation while Nere gets off the couch was amazingly smooth. Overall 10/10.
We know from the twin filterless stream there is a backup filter that is also looking out for things but it only cares about the most deplorable of words, and is still on even when the main filter is off.
