Their mango shakes are always incredible no matter where you go. There is just something so special about philippines mangoes 😢 its one of my favorite things over there since I was a child. Was hoping u got more time in cebu so you can see their sinulog festival, maybe next time. Love how u were able to see variety of games people play. Their hospitality in the PH is just phenomenal

Btw Mac, the pig’s brain is called Tuslob Bowa ( dipping jnto bubble , as the brain turns into bubble as you’re cooking) , and Puso ( hanging rice ) . You can only find them in Cebu City that’s good that you guys tried it. Try pork Lechon also next time Mac. Cebu’s lechon is the best ! 😁
