I enjoyed watching your exam, thank you for posting it. How old were you at the time of this examination? I'm thinking of taking my 2nd Dan exam in 2019, but I'm already 50 yrs old and I don't have the required flexibility anymore.
I was 36 at the time. But flexibility is not a requirement. Even at 50+ you can still get the most out of what you can do and use that. A good kick to the groin is better then a light tap in the face ;-)
Gary Ormond yes, I did. Currently training towards 5th dan. This is such a long time ago, things like the forms have changed a lot over these years. Good luck on your journey to your second dan. Let me know how it went. P.S. my third and forth dan exams are also on this channel.

Age is just a number and practicing Martial Art always keeps you young :)
