I would love to hear you focus on energy management as I hear you do here and there about boundaries and growing pains, burnout, assessment of commitments, at different ages in the world and the tensions between it all Perhaps an energy budgeting if you will..and understanding the various limitations and parameters that world requires to scale. Knowing how to scale for example what is needed while the energy budget might be at a different phase....how is that for a circular question haha! love what you do!!
