It’s because he’s not, both Hela and Hawkeye are better thanks to having range but working well when close by. Hela also has instant CC and a great movement tool. Iron fist is good but not so good where he can hard carry a team. If the team plays grouped up and uses CC well (mainly Mantis’ or Luna’s) they can easily destroy any Iron Fist that dives them

Punch you did miss the Magneto ult it just has like ~100 points of AOE damage. It does oneshot Luna and Mantis during ult on direct hit

Iron fist is very high risk high reward. If you don’t have his kick to get out then you are pretty much dead
