I make my bed every morning. I get up, turn the shower on to warm up and then make my bed. It's so nice walking back into my bedroom after showering, seeing it all neat and ready for the day. Good morning, Hilary! So good to see you. Those shoes look amazing and even better than that, the comfy factor is a huge plus. I had a pair similar to the animal print ones, which I actually wore out from wearing with so many outfits. They’re cute with black pants and a red sweater.
You are right, getting into a made bed at night is one of life’s joys! Even if it has been a busy day cleaning our B & B and making beds that are not my own all day 😂, and have left my own bed unmade in my busyness, I will still make my bed, even if it’s right before I am ready to climb into it! My husband thinks it’s silly, why bother at this point, but there is just something to climbing into a nicely made, neat bed versus one that is all rumply and mussed that helps bring calm and peace into the night.
I’ve used their shoes for the last three years and just love them. I have the sock booties. They really are like house slippers. So much better than any ballerina flat they sell in stores. They are expensive but to me worth it
You should try a pinch of turmeric in your coffee as well! You don't even taste it, but it's wonderful for your digestive and respiratory systems, and it's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. 🙌🏼 I stopped drinking coffee for a host of reasons, but I enjoy a golden milk latte fairly often, or chai with some turmeric added! I also cook with it a lot ☺️

You should declutter more. Decorative pillows on couch, beds, etc are too many. Flat surfaces have too many chachkies. Think how much time each day you have to deal with unnecessary pillows.
We are all able to choose for ourselves what we want to spend time on. If Hilary doesn't mind tidying up a few cushions and decor at the end of the day then that is her choice and she should be allowed to do that without recrimination. You make your choice, she makes hers.

How do you get your eggs to not stick to your cast iron skillet? I was amazed that you turned them so easily.
It’s well seasoned, I heat it nice and hot before cooking, and add a good amount of butter 💛
