how did you get 30K from the bird? i get 17K with pickled foot and scarab on lol (im on PC)

Hes on a new game plus run. You get 24k without the scarab on ng+2

I should have mentioned. As others have kindly added, runes increase each time you complete a new game +. So too does difficulty.
