அட டட டா, அருமையோ அருமை. கல்யாண வீட்டில் சாப்பிட்டாலும், வீட்டில் நல்ல வகையில் செய்து சாப்பிட்டாலும் கிடைக்காத ருசியா ருசி. மிக மிக எளிதாக, கண்டதையும் போட்டு கலக்காமல் குறைந்த செலவில் குறைந்த நேரத்தில் நாவிற்கு விருந்தளித்த வெங்கடேசன் அம்மா விற்கும் அதை எங்களுக்கு பயிற்றுவித்த வெங்கடேசன் சாருக்கும் பல கோடி வந்தனம். 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thanks sir. I also used to make like this but I slit ordinary gr. Chillies and add the bajji chilly too after putting mustard as my husband likes this way. Sometimes I mix in curd the besan. . I squeeze lemon before serving.

Have tried this at home....(I do it regularly ofcourse, but this time with ur tips like, adding sugar to the batter) and it came out fantastic sir......usually it will b sticky when I do, but this time the color came out was deadly and easy to flip it sides.....amazing!! 47 years back when I was staying as a bachelor in Central Government Quarters in Sion Koliwada (Antop Hill now) behind Shanmukhananda Hall I learnt to make Bombay chutney to eat with chapparhi.Later, when I visit native place Ponneri near Madras I used to make this chutney in my house. You revived my memory .
