the rice and beans mix that you ordered is called casamiento (marriage) however the version you tasted is quite different because the beans are kind like the ones they use for pupusa , the real casamiento is usually made with the beans without being smashed and rice

That food taste ways better than pupusas 🫓 I would like to recommend Rellenos de Coliflor,Pacaya Forrada, Pescado Forrado, Torta de Huevo, Arroz 🍚 con Chacalines y camarones
Also i would recommend you to drink right before bed time psyllium husk original coarse to help you digest and process and poop very whell the a lot of starches from the corn meals since you are heavy pupusa eater, psyllium husk would not let your colon to be saturated from sticky corn masa meals
