and before anyone says it, TEQ Vegeta needing to stack is a non-issue in this specific case, as long as he held back with EVO Vegeta in slot 1 chances are high he couldve gotten both the 5 hits and a stack,

On a serious note what I predicted is slowly coming true, we are going further down a path where putting too many characters that need to build up or have other conditions they need to meet on a team can be a liability. This is good and bad, because that means you will have to pick and choose but it also makes room for the lesser used characters to be useful that may not have conditions they need to meet at all.
Damage has never been an issue, and the bosses HP doesn't last, so unless they release the fabled 'long content' you aint using a bunch of stacking characters on a team.
