Im looking at this hotel but the only thing that slightly concerns me is that it seems to lack a safety deposit box. I would really like to securely store my passport, some emergency cash and creditcard at the hotel rather than to bring it in to the city. Do you think its safe to leave it in the room just like that?
Yes, it's safe to leave in the room. I'm not sure if you've been to Thailand before, but it's very safe. For example, it's not uncommon for people to leave their keys in their scooter while it's parked somewhere. People also leave their helmets sitting on their scooter and it's still there when they return.
@@uniquetraveladventures Thanks for your reply. And yeah, I know Thailand is very safe, most countries in that part of the world probably. I dont expect the hotel staff to just clean out my room, haha. The biggest problem are always the other travelers from my experience. Especially in hostels you got to watch out. A lot of desperate people there who dont want to go home and work some shitty job for months before they can go back again. But this hotel doesnt really seem it would attract that sort of crowd.
