I got some messages from people out of the Diecast community that they found Tune Up's serie 3 with different codes.
From what I know at this moment is that the codes I show you in this video are only correct when the BK nr is 270233

Yes, I got super rare with code DTZ BK211123
Yesterday I buy one model from Series 3. Code on the box was AMD BK101022, and that was Renault Megane R.S. Regards from Poland 🇵🇱
I did notice the BK codes were the same on the first and second car you opened and was hoping you'd realise, which you quickly did, thank goodness ; ) I don't know why Majorette make this so difficult for collectors. They should just do the same as Hot Wheels Mystery Models with the numbers on the package matching the race number on the actual car or ranking on the poster, so that collectors can get individual models or the set without duplicates or excessive purchases. I guess people can trade them with each other to get a full set, but this is so time consuming! My feeling is the series would sell much better in stores if the codes were easy to decipher. I read below that someone commented the 3 letter codes might not be unique to each car... but I guess time will tell. I really enjoyed seeing the whole set unboxed with your commentary, so THANK YOU for doing that. I personally liked the Toyota van, the Volvo wagons, and the Renault. All the best my friend = )
The BK number is the date of manufacture 27th February 2023.
Nah, the selling better is not a valid reason, there doing this to get more sales instead. There doing the same thing hot wheels did with the mystery models in the 2000's with a really random car inside without knowing it. I mean i don't support it, but there definetly doing something right.
BK is for Bangkok : the land of production and 270223 is for the date of production : 27 the day, 02 the month and 23 the year 😉
@@Turbo.RF4 Thanks for your reply. My view is that "selling better" is actually a path to "more sales" of this product. The blind strategy of "more sales" is hugely wasteful on resources, and frustrating for collectors. While "selling better" is long-term growth of the product line, by building loyalty and new interest with die-cast collectors. Currently I buy ZERO of their mystery product because I only want certain models in my collection. I would buy MULTIPLE if I could identify them =)
i got the Hiace via lightening the gap between the box (the open side) and cardboard gap and analyze the chassis and the wheels)

We only got series 2 on the west coast of Canada, Walmart brought them in. After finding out the bk#, got the Ultra Rare Bronco and when the shipper was empty it had a window with the Super Rare Audi R8 with its accessories, behind it. I asked the guy in charge if I could have it and I'll even pay, you can have he said! YES, cool!

well.. i may be sooo late when this wave came out in my country, but how i get the car i want is via light the gap of the cardboard and the box. i analyze the car via their chassis and i recently got "Full Moon", Firecracker (possibly) and Mercedes G-Class (i spotted a spare tire part from the hole gap of cardboard which means no else but Mercedes G Class)

BK numbers is the manufacturing date. The other three letters is the reference of the model car. These last three letters change depending on the serial number , so the same model can have different three letters depending on the manufacturing date

The two Volvos are my favourites,,especially the ice blue. I might be in the minority but I prefer them without the body kits . Great review as always. 👍🇮🇪

I'm sorry but there is no code on the boxes this year for Tune Up's série #3 : it's a random alphabet sign séléction, so for example you can have the Michelin Bronco with 2 différents : ATL or BRT 😠

@@DiecastDudeofficial today i found The new majorette tune ups in a smyths Toys Store in Germany and the first Number after the BK is 26 on all packages. Probably different in each country.

The codes you said are different for me, I went to Farozgah based on these codes, but I was disappointed! The first Dodge code for me was jdw! , is this also resined???! If possible, please post my other codes, thank you

Die Codes sind diesmal egal und bringen nichts war heute 2 tune up series 3 holen und die Codes waren alle verschieden. Habe aber den Ford F-150 Raptor (cool) und den Nissan Z ( ultra rare ) gefunden
