Hi team at SDRplay. I recently got a RSP1B and I couldn't be happier with it compared to my old basic SDRs.
    Keep the great job up!

John, you fellows across the pond are killing it for the shortwave hobby, now that I own a RSP1A and a RSP1B. Your SDR-Uno software is simply the best software for weak signal HF diggers like myself. I thought you Brits quit making great radios since the days of the AOR-7030 I bought 26 years ago. Boy was I wrong!

When it comes to the SWL and radio listening hobby, I am an aspiring Imelda Marcos of radios because I now plan to purchase because I also plan to buy your DX version. Is it possible to run at least two instances of SRDUNO on one high powered laptop? I own a new HP 12 core I7 laptop. That would be great because I run my setup on a two screen mode.
If I could run SDRUNO and your newer Connect software on the same laptop at the same time, that would be great now that I have a serious antenna farm in my backyard.

Had the RSP1A for a couple or more years now.. great kit, highly recommended and never felt the need to upgrade.. it's good enough as it is.

I've had my RSPduo for several years now, probably shortly after the release if memory serves, and it's a great piece of kit. Purchased from the distributor here in Melbourne, OZ. I never seem to find enough time to devote to it with all the other toys and hobbies I have, but when I do I find it most satisfying. The introduction of SDRConnect a little while back has simplified the operation substantially, and will hopefully in time have all the features that SDRUno currently has. Keep up the great work. 👍

I have been an avid SWL listener since my teenage years in the late 1970s. Given my experience in the hobby, I have noticed one thing with SWL radios in the sub $1,000 price range. And that is that cheaper radios often have RF images leaking over from other frequencies due to harmonic interference. Thankfully, I have not noticed that with my RSP1A or my RSP1B. The SDR Play spectrum display is second to none, but given the low price of these radios, I am very impressed with the RF performance also. I also own an ICOM IC7030, Yaesu FT-991A, Drake R-8, and a AOR-7030. My SDR Play radios function very well RF wise and give me a spectrum display neither my Yaesu or ICOM can match.

Many thanks for the feedback. We have learned a lot along the way and it's good to see how well they perform.

Don't you think your charging too much for your products especially since they ALL use the same chipset (Mirics: MSi001 and MSi2500) which were used in TV dongles 10 years ago?

Try developing a product commercially and you'll find out that the cheapest thing about it is the hardware you manufacture, the cost to run the company, do the development and have the equipment needed to do all this work is more expensive per product as compared to actually making them. especially for a niche product that is not sold in high qty. considering this, I think the prices are actually quite reasonable bit if you think otherwise, nothing stops you from making a better cheaper product yourself of course 😊

Then why does software development take eons? Why are there minimal organic reviews, write-ups, marketing? Hell, barely any organic Google SEO at all?
