So excited to see your plot grow each year. Every season you seem to do more and more! That pond looks amazing!

I think is going to be a fruit year too. Can only find one apricot on our tree so far 😮
I’m waiting for some scaffolding mesh too, mainly for shading the greenhouse.
Plums are lovely, our plot neighbour has a Victoria plum and always offers us some ❤
Pears …. Mmmm ours keep getting infested with aphids and getting leaf curl. I cut it back loads last year so hardly any pears left on the big one. Few more in the new tree.
    All looking great 👍
Have a fab evening and even better Sunday xx Allie

I am shocked the currents even our white current bush at home is full.
      Not complaining 😏
We had 6 Victoria plums last year and the birds got them all so I'm going to try and organza.bag some.
I'm going to move the pear tree down to the wildlife part and if.it grows it grows.
Have a lovely weekend and thanks for stopping by 🥰🥰

Hi Tracey. Dont firget to cover all your currant bushes, including your gooseberries. Pigeons will eat them. How long have you had your pear tree in? Just have patience and shape it to form a tree that youre happy with. You can also fertilise your fruit trees like apple. Dont forget to feed and water strawberries. Perhaps blood fish and bone or chicken manure pellets (slow release). Your brassica cage, did I spot a gap at the back or have you overlapped it? If there's a gap, they'll find it. Why not pot peas (Alderman) or beans like cobra over your wooden arch. You could even train jack be little pumpkins over it or borlotto beans, theyre interesting or just sweet peas. BBQ good idea 🌱👍🧅😎⛱️🥩🥓🍔🍗

      Hi Elaine,
Iv got some netting so il deffo cover them 🥰
Funny enough we just added a bucket of chicken pellets yesterday which I forgot to mention.
Oo some great suggestions for the arch. I was sure I bought climbing beans as well as bush but I didn't.
We have just sown lots of different variety of pumpkin so I migjt try a pumpkin arch. I tried two years back and wasn't successful 😕 but I might try again 🥰
      Have a lovely Sunday.

Try pumpkin up the frame? You are correct about the harlequin lady birds but I don't think that was one. 👍😁👌

I might try pumpkin again, did you see the community post a while back that had a unusual lady bug 🐞
It's going to be a good year for fruit I think.
