This robot car is designed to continually detect obstacles in its path and autonomously navigate around them. The key component for obstacle detection is the Ultrasonic sensor (HC-SR04) mounted on the robot. When the car encounters an obstacle during forward movement, it halts and deploys the ultrasonic sensor, mounted on a servo motor, to scan both sides. This allows the robot to identify a path with fewer obstacles, optimizing its trajectory. The noteworthy aspect of this project is the integration of an L293D Motor Shield, simplifying the construction and wiring process. The use of the motor shield enhances motor control capabilities, contributing to the overall ease of building and operating this obstacle-avoiding robot.

Hi i saw your website, you have mentioned not to use more than 4 batteries , if didn't get the point , if we use 3 batteres it will be 11.1 v right , why it won't power the motor driver?

Even two batteries can be used. The speed may be lower or higher depending on the battery used. It runs on two batteries. Use two 18650 3.7v batteries. Connect the micro jumper of the motor drive. Then the arduino board also gets power

I was told not to use four 18650 batteries for the l298n motor drive. Not for l293d motor shield. The maximum voltage it can use is 9v
