Hey Dr Jess, thanks for the videos, I suspect I have an issue with my psoas muscles as a source for pelvic floor flareup/pudendal nerve pinching but unfortunately I have a good level of hypermobility and when doing modified Thomas tests it seems to be useless for isolating muscle groups as my other leg has 0 movement, Do you know is it possible to still have a tight "for me" (or can weak also cause it?) psoas even though e.g. my left leg doesn't move at all no matter what I do with my right leg when stretching
