How do you add an outline they made it more complicated on the ipad than pc
In the left toolbar tap the Stroke icon and add your color. You can also do this from the Properties panel on the right

Does text saved in PSD on Photoshop iPad act as editable text on other devices or is it rasterized like other apps like Affinity Photo?
Good question, It stays as editable text unless you rasterize it in Photoshop

Hello Nice Video! Do you know, can you arch text in photoshop on ipad? Also how do you keep the text area in the middle of the screen when typing, the keyboard gets in the way and the picture raises up to the top of screen. Also i read triple tap suppost to select the text, but didn't, and did put text in middle of screen, so is this tje way, or and or another way. . So also how do you select the whole text if it's not triple tap. Any help l is appreciated. Thank You!
Hi Michelle, there is not a way to arch the text on the iPad yet. You can do this in illustrator and bring it into Photoshop though. For the Triple Tap, in the Settings of the Photoshop app (under your account icon in the top right corner on the Home Screen) there is a Input section (comes up in a pop up window) make sure Double Tap is on. The triple tap does select an entire row of text and a double tap selects an entire word. The triple tap works by first tapping into the text box then doing a double tap after.
As far as the screen jumping up there is not a setting I have found to fix that due to the on screen keyboard but you can use your two finger gesture across the screen to pull the text back into view while the on screen keyboard is up.
