Have you already tried investing in real estate or dividend stocks? I’d love to hear your experience or any tips you’ve got!"

I really want to, but I don't understand the ins and outs to start the process once I finally get the start-up money.

@@Strawberry-cheesecakeluv You don’t have to know everything to get started. Once you have the start-up money, begin by focusing on the basics-create a plan, research your market, and take small steps forward. It’s normal to feel unsure, but the more you dive in, the clearer things will get. You can always adjust and learn along the way."

I was thinking of starting with short-term investments and then use that to invest in real estate and long-term investments in stock market. 🤔

@@Strawberry-cheesecakeluv That sounds like a solid plan! Starting with short-term investments can help you build up capital more quickly, which you can then use to diversify into real estate and long-term stocks. It’s also a good way to get a feel for the market and how investments work before committing to bigger, long-term opportunities. Just make sure you have a well-thought-out strategy and do thorough research to maximize your returns and manage risks effectively.

If you could choose one investment to focus on for the next year, what would it be? Let’s discuss!"

I would like to invest in the stock market or real estate. Both investments are long term investments, however I heard that flipping houses or virtual real estate is less hassle. Although, Both are not quick ways of getting a return per se, you don't have to deal with the stress of having a tenant. I also wanted to look into day trading since it is a short-term way of getting returns on investing in the stock market. However, I would like to combine it with long-term investing in stocks and bonds and futures.

@@Strawberry-cheesecakeluv "It sounds like you have a well-rounded perspective on investment options! Flipping houses and virtual real estate can indeed be less hassle, but they still require a learning curve and careful planning. Day trading can bring quicker returns, but it carries higher risk, so make sure you’re prepared for the volatility. Combining it with long-term investing in stocks, bonds, and futures can be a great strategy to balance both short-term gains and long-term security. Just ensure you have a solid plan in place and consider consulting a financial advisor to help optimize your approach
