Yup, I'd love to see more shows like it. And not just another Supernatural Show. It was a likewise show such as the Constantine show. slight horror shows like Grimm are always appealing especially with their own lore and 'hard science' to it. I mean just look at Buffy The Vampireslayer for one :p
Grimm is such an underrated show, it's right up your alley considering how much you love supernatural. My favorite part of this show was the mythology and how it's gradually expanded while we learn more alongside of Nick as the seasons go on.

Grimm is one of my favorites, love some of the characters. Including his questionable boss, who is a very a lovely Canadian actor, really enjoyed the show.

One of my fave shows. It never quite got to the level of Buffy or SPN ,IMO, but it was always pretty solidly above average and a lot of fun to watch.

I love you for starting Grimm. This world is amazing like no other and the chemistry of the actors is incredible. The lead character and his partner even got married in real life.

This is such a good show dakara, I just recently bought the complete series on dvd so I could rewatch it all again, hope you continue with it :)
I just finished rewatching the whole series less than a week ago. This is a ride I want to watch Dakara go on.
Jump scares tend to be really common in this show l love it and also the history and mythology in it is really interesting
Non--spoiler trivia: The main character's life partner is played by the same actress who is now Lois, in 'Superman & Lois'. She's really good in this, too!

Wow! Dakara venturing into the Grimmverse? Yes Please! loved getting a Dakara version os "Sweet Dreams" and even though you don't favor the jump scares, count me as a fan of "jumpy Dakara", from all the SPN and TWD reactions over the years.... I look forward to your reactions here and of the Buffyverse project to come that you mentioned... I recall trying to be skeptical when Grimm debuted whether it would be a "Supernatural fan grab clone", but I quickly grew to love and enjoy the show very much on it's own merits! I look forward to "rediscovering" this show thru you, D! a CTU for you and looking forward to more! keep em coming

this show was solid from the start and just grew into itself beautifully
Police are trained to ALWAYS shoot for the center of the body. When you try to shoot for a limb or the head you often miss and then the bullet hit something or someone else. IT'S TOO DANGEROUS.

Grimm is one of my favourite TV series of all time. The character development over the 6 seasons is complex with lots of twists and turns. While telling mythological stories, the reflection or application to life today is profound.

I found your channel just now by searching for Grimm reactions. I just wanna thank you for making reactions on this such an underrated good series. I wasn't sure if you had reacted to the complete show as I have seen many channels reacting to just the pilot or a single season and then leaving but thank you so much for going through it. I am a big fan of reactions so I am gonna start re-watching this and hopefully catch up before you finish it . I don't know anything about your time schedule or anything and how much gap you put between two consecutive episodes but hopefully catch up before you finish it. Although you already may have finished it since I saw surfing you are almost at the end of the series so well thanks and you have an amazing voice too and loved the reaction. I also have a suggestion for you to go through the beauty and the beast series it's too kinda underrated and not a well liked series but anyways I liked it so just putting out the suggestion there since I saw that you react to pilots so I guess you can decide if it's worthwhile to watch. Love Grimm. It's a very early season Supernatural vibe. Where they learn a lot through their fathers journal, except he stay in the one city. Very Lost Girl where instead of a PI he's more the Dyson/Hale, and he's investigating crimes in the "fae" community.

EDIT: And it'll be worth the wait. As an added bonus the international flavouring this show puts forth is extremely refreshing. Most of the show is in English but there are no small amounts of German, French and Spanish. There's a touch of Hindi and Russian as well. Very well rounded show with excellent interpersonal chemistry among all the cast.

Well, this will be cool. I've seen the 1st couple seasons and really liked it. Always meant to finish and haven't. If you continue it would definitely give me another reason to start it back up.
This supernatural "Police Procedural" had me hooked from the pilot. Monroe the Blutbad was an instant like, since he was comfortable in his life choices and was only slightly put off by Detective Burkhardt, the I-didn't-know-I'm-a-Grimm character. Only a Grimm can see the Wesen's true face before they "woge."

Yes! Can't believe I missed this yesterday but I'm so glad you've posted this on RUclips. Grimm is one of my favorite shows & the way this show develops & the characters develop is fantastic. The way they designed the creatures in this show is by far my favorite, instead of being just demons or something like that they do a lot more world building with them & it makes for great watching.

The best thing in this show is character development of Nick, and building the legend around grimms. In the begininnigs he is just a rookie, but in the end all monsters feared him.

I really hope you do continue to react to this, re: the jumpscares this is the only episode with a lot of them (most don't have any at all) & other than a few "key" plot points it doesn't remain so mysterious either.

This show is very worth watching and gets very involved in the mythology as it goes on. Also I think if you do the show you will be the only reactor doing it, so it'll be a unique pull.
This show is a great choice for someone who enjoys Supernatural. While they are both very different shows they have enough similarities that I think you'll enjoy it. That and it has one of the cutest relationships on TV in later seasons!

I forgot about that jump scare, your reaction was priceless. Though, I really do hope you continue on with this show, it's definitely not Supernatural level good, but it's SO clever with it's lore and it's creatures. Instead of classic urban legends and ghosts and demons this show really leans into the fantasy horror genre hard, most of the creatures you learn about are tied to fairytales and yes, the brothers Grimm are a heavy inspiration. The twists on this series is something I think you will not expect at all, it's absolutely compelling. It captivated me from the first episode. I stopped watching at some point for some unknown reason a couple years ago so I can't remember where I left off but I'm definitely going to be watching your reactions to the first season if you decide to continue.
