I was really disappointed. They're guidemaker for goodness sake. If I was new to the game and no idea what I'm doing, I will rely to them. Even if they can use the beta server, it's still different. To know the true value of a character, you need to test them to different scenarios, scenarios that are not built around them or blessings that they can't take advantage of. This will only happen after a lot of time.
At this point i just gotta learn decent video editing and with my slightly above average iq become a qualified guidemaker. I don't even need the 0.001% numbers, just mention basic stuff 😂

I mean sure maybe they played it in school, but in that case that isn't any different then a guide maker with an inferior account. Understanding the concepts without doing them at a professional level.

I have an E6 Jingliu haver in my friendlist, and her trace at lvl 12 gives her 52% crit rate, so it would still be under 100%
