@Rennari haha! Specifically they have a special clip and it's beautiful. The song is about Medusa (hence Siyeon turning to stone mid-sentence and abruptly ending the song) and the choreo is so mesmerizing. ALSO I recommend watching (not necessarily reacting to) their AAA performance from a few days ago. They did "Shatter" and "OOTD" and it was VERY cool they're just so freaking cool! 😍
I love the way the "oh-oh-ohs" in "We Are Young" sound like "Reason," a little. This album took some growing on me, but I like it a lot. Thanks for a fun reaction.
You definitely got to check out the showcase versions of Rising because they sound INCREDIBLE! Also, the choreo for Shatter is so good, I really wished they would have done a double promotion with it. ^_^
Shatter went from 3rd favorite on the album to 1st especially after the choreo dance video. Look for the Medusa and snake like movements in the choreo, it's insane. One of their best choreos to me.
Such a good album. Intro: My fashion does a really good job of setting up this creepy vibe for OOTD, letting you know that it might not be exactly what you see on first listen. The industrial rock vibes mixed with the robotic sounding lyrics are great. Rising was immediately one of my favorite B-sides. It's so good and I love how they did a lot of experimentation in the vocal groupings and the song structure for this song and all the others on the album. We get a Sua bet, a Handong belt, and Gahyeon/Yoohyeon belt/harmony. We also get that really creepy interlude from Yoohyeon before the bridge that feels like some of the creepy lore from OOTD poking through into Rising. Definitely recommend the Live Showcase version of this as well. Shatter was admittedly my least favorite song on the album, maybe in all of their Discography, on first listen, but the final chorus with the choir chanting and Yoohyeon's siren ad-libs gave me chills. Then I saw the Chorography for it, yes there's choreo, and it really elevated the song for me. Now, it's probably one of my favorite B-sides from them. You've definitely got to check out the Showcase version and the Dance Video they dropped on their YT channel. We are Young has this sad but hopeful feel and I feel like this one is going to be awesome in concert. Siyeon's vocal climb coming out of the bridge into the final chorus is one of the most satisfying things I've ever heard in a song and the anthemic chanting in the final chorus is going to sound amazing with InSomnia singing along at concerts. Thanks for checking it out and for supporting the girls!
There's a showcase version of the choreo for Shatter as well as a special clip. It makes the song 10 times better and it was my fav off this album to start! Absolute fire!
I'll throw hands for Rising. My list got toppled when I heard it. It beat out Propose. It beat out Starlight. It beat out Break the Wall. IT'S THAT GOOD.
Dreamcatcher is my top favorite K-pop group. Thanks.
"They need choreo for this!" I have incredible news for you!😊
I SAW AFTER THIS AND I FREAKED
