I really recommend having your desk facing your window, I had my desk facing a wall before and it just felt so uninspiring and depressing, now I can enjoy looking out the window and it feels so nice and fresh but still cozy 💜
Love it 😍 but please don’t change the stone in the fireplace! It’s so pretty, I know you love light and neutral, but you might find it will work beautifully and add a bit of contrast

I'd have a partners desk in the studio. A partners desk is double sided, you could sit facing out and enjoying the view, or sit in the bay window area looking into the room with the light behind you as you felt like it. Swap that gas fire for a nice wood burner and it would be a lovely cosy workspace in winter.
i’d have the desk facing towards the window but positioned by the left hand wall (left from the door) then put a couple of clothes rails in the alcove to the left!

Now that’s my Dream home , such good size rooms and ceilings 🥰 and the decor isn’t awful either , so not like you have major renovations projections unless you really wanted to x I’m jel
