Just made this and it turned out beautiful. I can’t wait to start wearing it!!! You make my favorite tutorial videos, always so clear and your voice is lovely. Thank you as always!
It's a beautiful summer top. I would like to see more for men. I am a 62 year old man who has all the Sentro Knitting machines. I have liked the Harry Styles sweater and would love to incorporate that from the knitting machine. My wife would not like that kind of top. Lol I also am a regular knitter. I love knitting lace like doilies and tablecloths. Right now I am currently knitting Louise Crowther's animals for Christmas. I start in January.
Hi that's great to know, I have 3 knitting machines as well but just the bigger ones as I prefer to make clothes. I'll see to make a sweater pattern for men this spring 😉
Yes it's an easy one and I really like the look, on your machine you can probably start with one big panel and then divide in two after that way you don't need to seam in the middle
@@Creativeyarn I was thinking about that but then I wouldn't have the V in the back. I started one of the front panels earlier today, that might be a good idea just to make it easier. I have a couple of things to post, now that I've died my hair I'll post them an tag you :)
@@Creativeyarn Your English is real good, what is your first language? I particularly like the size options. Thank you. My Sentro was a bit wobbly, my husband is going to fix it to a piece of Perspex today as I can secure that to the table with clamps. I see yours was on Perspex too, would you mind sharing how you fixed yours? He is planning on gluing it and I have asked him to add extra legs.
Thank you, it's portuguese my first language... I fixed my machine with double sided tape, the white one and I removed the suction cups, they make the machine wobble, I found it much more stable like that , you don't need to glue it, otherwise you can't clean it when you need!
@@Creativeyarn my husband well & truely glued mine before I saw your message… Luckily, it fell apart, and now we have fixed it up different and better and I finished making this top. I cannot post pictures here, else I would show it to you. It is a bit short and fat, but made in acrylic (which is kinda waste yarn for me) I can review measurements and make one in cotton. I am looking forward to trying your other designs. It is so helpful when people like you share your skills & findings. Makes like beautiful. Thank you.
