One day Food Tour at Malleshwaram by Monk from morning till evening covering breakfast , lunch and evening snacks at 5 eateries.
We covered 5 famous eateries including Hotel Janatha , Parota Point , Sri Bhagyalakshmi Butter and Gulkand Store , Shivaji's Chats , Sri Mukhambika Sweets and Khara Corner
1. Hotel Janatha
Hotel Janatha - Amogst the oldest Hotel in the neighbourhood happens to be crowd's favourite for their Masala Dose. A complete old school place right
from the ambiance to the Dose. The Dose is crispy in the centre and corners are thick and soft served along with Coconut Chutney and Sambar.
Masala Dose is priced at 70₹ is a good one time try when you visit 8th cross Malleshwaram.
Every 15days once Wednesday is holiday.

Established in the year 1998 is well known for its Parota and curry.
Made fresh in-house with maida then and there after we order. Definitely a perfect try and one can fill their stomach with one parota which is priced at 45₹

3. Sri Bhagyalakshmi Butter and Gulkand Store
Gulkhand here in Malleshwaram is famous at Bhagyalakshmi Gulkhand Store since many years.
We get so many varities. However, we choose a simple Butter Gulkhand with Banana after a wholesome meal.
Also it is very good for our health too.

35 year old Chat place at Malleshwaram is well known for their Papdi chat.
The crunchy papdi along with the slightly spicy masala makes it a perfect evening snack.

This place is established in the year 1937 and has been crowd's favourite for their masala idly which is prepared everyday between 3pm to 8pm.
Here the idly is sold like a hot cake. They use the rice to prepare the idly along with their in-house masala and vegetables.

There is another sweets shop (Annapurna sweets) which makes much better masala puri.
