Xbox DDoSer gets BANNED and Sent to JUVIE 🤣 @XboxLIVEEnforcement (The Downfall of oTxfd)

- My Xbox hacker, oTxfd, who froze my Xbox console, DDoS attacked me, and threatened to DDoS attack me FOREVER was PERMABANNED from Xbox LIVE by the Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team and then he went to juvie (detention center) for DDoS attacking me and perhaps other Xbox gamers. oTxfd was a hacker who I found on Black Ops 2 that was modding and hacking public games and ruining them for people who were trying to enjoy it. I confronted him about it and how his modified Xbox (RGH) console was illegal. According to the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct and the Terms of Service, an RGH is modified hardware that Microsoft 100% owns which is illegal, both selling them and using them. oTxfd bought one for around $500. Because I'm a legitimate gamer, I gave him a lecture about it. He did NOT like that at all and eventually froze my Xbox console which again, is in violation of the Code of Conduct and Terms of Service by Xbox LIVE Enforcement.
At that point, I was NOT ready to quit. So I restarted my Xbox and confronted him again. This led him to DDoS (Destributed Denial of Service) attack me which booted me off the internet for around 34 minutes. A DDoS attack is in violation of the Code of Conduct and Terms of Service AND it is illegal according to the Federal Computer Fraud & Abuse Act and Police & Justice Act of 2006. After my internet came back online, he threatened to DDoS attack me FOREVER (FOR LIFE). A DDoS attack does not usually last more than 24 hours so if an Xbox hacker says they'll do it forever, then they're 100% lying. I knew oTxfd couldn't DDoS me forever, so I FURTHER confronted him to collect evidence and build a case against him. He failed and I proved him wrong. So I sent the evidence to the Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team and he was PERMA-BANNED, banned FOR LIFE, good job, Xbox LIVE Enforcement!

Adults have fully developed brains and tend to think things out, a teenager will hit somebody right in front of the police. Many close friends have been to juvenile as a teen and been to jail, juvenile is WAYYY worse! The "inmates" are worse, the staff are worse, the living conditions are worse, you have less freedom, it's all around just a terrible place and going in on some gamer DDOS stuff is gonna have actual criminals bullying you non stop, 24/7! In jail, people just wanna do their time and get out (assuming they're not going to prison) but teens live in the moment and won't hesitate to do something that gets them more time. My best friend told me about a kid who was sentenced to a weekend and when he got to the facility, that kid had been in there for 6 months because he couldn't go a single day without messing up and fighting! Looking back, he probably belonged in a mental hospital but unfortunately the staff at those places don't care and they'll easily keep someone until they're legally an adult if they can't behave, sane or not. It's actually pretty sad.

It's called a DDoS attack, classified as a federal criminal offense under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA). A felony punishable by up to 10 years in a federal prison. Don't like it? Write your congressman haha. Plenty of laws that I don't agree with but guess what? I still don't break them and if I did and I was caught, I'd expect to be arrested and possibly put in jail or prison! Because I'm not a fan of wearing handcuffs or sitting in a cell, I follow the law. I got plenty of friends who were arrested as teens, many served weeks and even months in juvenile detention centers and you know what? They didn't whine about it because even at 14-16, they understood that their behavior had repercussions. Over 15 years later, almost all of them now work, pay taxes, don't use drugs or drink heavily, some are in college and they especially don't break the law! It's almost like teenagers that not only break the law, but commit felonies having to find out the hard way that being locked up and/or on probation sucks before they end up charged as an adult can cause them to decide to be productive members of society that follow the law in the future, imagine that. Crazy, I know!

As someone who was in juvenile as a teen a couple times, at the very least, he likely spent his time inside getting made fun of *BADLY* on a daily basis! Hopefully he wasn't in a larger city cuz those teens are brutal, like worse than some adult facilities sometimes level brutal... If he went into one of those saying he was arrested for some gaming DDOS stuff, he probably got a hard reality check by some hood teens arrested for actually doing some pretty horrible things irl. I'd bet money he'll never so much as jaywalk after that experience

They likely just assumed that it was something sick involving pics/videos he shouldn't have and that'll get someone hurt even in the most mild facility. Odds are he spent every single day terrified and he had nowhere to run. If you white and you won't stand up for yourself, the other whites aren't helping you, between that and it being a computer crime, I guarantee he had zero friends. To be honest, DDoSing isn't even that effective, you're just physically stopping someone from having internet for a couple of hours, and after that they'll go right back to playing the game like nothing happened. If you have a problem with someone, find a new lobby/game to play.

I once played someone in the online mode of like, _WWE 2K18_ or _WWE 2K19_ . I got frustrated at losing and the guy had me join his stupid little circle jerk party chat (this happened on PS4, btw), and they had me explain why I reacted the way I did. I responded it was super late at night and hadn’t gone to bed yet and thus was just kinda easily irritated/agitated. They accepted that and said that if I kept acting all angry or whatever that they fried people’s PS4 hard drives as a way to teach them a lesson so to speak. I really wish I would have had the wherewithal (this was before Sony started monitoring all chat conversations) to have recorded that conversation but I didn’t.

About a month ago, had some salty 12 year old claim he knew my address and IP, told him to DM them on discord, What happened? Blocked me and never heard from him since.
Tip: never use a tool to DDoS/hit someone offline, always use a botnet because they are untraceable to 1 particular user

Funny to me, imagining some little gamer kid in a pod with actual gang members in for violent crimes is actually hilarious! Don't commit a felony on a federal level if you don't want to be in a facility where you might get hurt, pretty simple. He didn't ask the kid to break the law, he did that on his own and now he has to face the consequences of his actions. Maybe this will be the wake up call he needs cuz I can tell you that he'll do a lot less time now than if he'd been an adult and did this. He also gets to avoid having a Federal crime on his adult record for life, making it almost impossible to ever get a good job or live a normal life. Really, this kid got quite lucky all things considered. He committed a felony and admitted to it on tape, he could have been sentenced as an adult to 10 years in a federal prison plus a $500,000 fine. Instead, he probably got a few months to a year max in a minimum security facility plus a year or 2 of probation and isn't allowed to use the internet.
