Money pulling cake : how to seal the notes together

In order to create a surprise money cake, you will need to make a roll of notes that is safe for the food.
here I'm using my plant based clear bags to assemble the notes.
they are perfect, food grade, work with sealing machine, but you can also tape them together!
when you roll start rolling if one is thicker due to air content, simply pop it with a needle!
