That is incorrect.

So the chord here is incorrect. 1:16
It is soppused to be G B D G
@@ethanmagro-sj6uh It’s an inversion. If you look at Scott Joplin’s original, G is the top note of the chord there, so I felt an inversion was the best way to voice that G7 because it allows G to be the top note.
