Kanyon’s Flatliner has always been one of my favorite moves in wrestling. It’s so simple, yet so effective and Kanyon made it freaking devastating. I really wish Kanyon had got a better shake in WWE. Had he been treated better, he could’ve been a really solid mid-carder for them. Dude was a pretty solid promo and was so good in the ring for 6’5” and 250 pounds. He moved like he was 20 pounds lighter. He easily could’ve been a staple around the Intercontinental or United States Championship. Rest easy, Chris. You are deeply missed and will never be forgotten. Who betta than Kanyon?
He was obviously wasted in WWE, but WCW didn't book him well either. I think his feud with Raven had real potential, but they had to cut it short for some stupid reason.
Chris wrestled at a Nitro I was at in 1997. Went by Mortis at the time. Impressive style. I lost touch with pro wrestling in the early 2000's and didn't realize he got into the WWE. The Flatliner looks more devastating in the WWE because of the jump.
