It comes from hemorrhaging. When they bleed out. The uterus wasn’t messaged or it didn’t shrink back as it should. These type of women tend to be ignored when they report symptoms because they believe that we are robots and can’t feel pain. It’s not just Black women, it’s women in general.

What if you're haemorrhaging at home from a home birth
Same thing, reach out to your Midwife or whoever is her Dr. Supports. I had a Midwife which had a Dr. supporting them in case of emergencies.
